Gin Sin: This savoury gin style encompasses old world prohibition gins with a more delicate yet balanced palate. Bouquet of rosemary , basil and thyme and hints of smoked juniper that carry the deep flavours of olive , Smokey juniper and bay with hints of lemon and grapefruit all married together with the forbidden fruit apple which adds a layer or zing whilst remaining savoury.

Frisky Whisker: For those a Little friskier in life the frisky whisker adds zing , pop just a little hop to your step. A citric punch of lemon, orange , grapefruit and kaffir lime backed with our in house spice blend and a combo of Fresh and roasted corriander. Finished with locally foraged lemon myrtle for that splash of extra friskiness .
