Additional Terms Pertaining to Shipping and Local Pick-up
Murrays Brewing Co is located in picturesque Port Stephens. Our shop includes our brick-and-mortar operations located at Murray HQ and our newly vamped online shop. All sales of products, including beer, spirits wine, apparel, glassware and merchandise (the “Products”), occur on these grounds whether they are initiated in person or via the Shop. The buyer (“You” or “you”) is visiting our digital menu and agree that your purchases of Products are made here in the sunny Port Stephens.
Below are additional terms and conditions that supplement our site Terms and Conditions. Please review. Any purchase of Products from our Shop shall be done in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and the supplemental conditions that follow. Thanks for supporting the Murray’s team.
You must be 18 or older to purchase alcohol Products. You represent to us that you are indeed 18 or older. Someone over the age of 18 will be required to be present at the time of delivery. If you are under 18, it is an offence to buy or attempt to buy alcohol.
PICK-UP AND SALE LOCATION:
All sales of Products are completed at our Cellar Door, and pickup shall be done here as well. Here is our address:

Pick-up Product(s) will ready with 24hr of your online order being completed and will be held at the Murrays HQ Bobs Farm Cellar Door for 2 days. If the Product(s) is not picked up within 2 days after the order is placed, the Product(s) will be placed back into inventory without a refund.
Proxies will be allowed only if (1) the proxy is named in the order notes and (2) the proxy provides identification matching the proxy listed in the order notes at pick up.
Local delivery is currently not available.
Our current policy is to not provide refunds. This is done because inventory is managed closely and it is not fair to other purchasers to be denied an opportunity to purchase Products that are in limited quantity. Additionally, we are charged for all merchant fees at the time of purchase and cannot get these back. In the event of extenuating circumstances, our wonderful staff may elect to issue a refund to you for 90% of the purchase price, with the remaining fees collected as compensation for merchant fees and restocking. Please always contact [email protected] with questions about orders.
Returned Packages: If your package of Products is returned to us, we may re-ship it to you for an additional shipping charge equal to the actual shipping cost. Any order that is refused or returned after three attempts to deliver will not be refunded. Shipping and packaging charges will not be refunded. In addition, the buyer will be responsible for any additional fees incurred to have the product returned to us.

Converting to Pickup: If you would like to convert your shipping purchase to pick-up, we will be happy to do so. Your pickup can be available within 24hr of your online order being completed and will be available from our Murrays HQ Bobs Farm Cellar Door 3443 Nelson Bay Road Bobs farm NSW 2316. Your order will be held at the Murrays HQ Bobs Farm Cellar Door for 2 days. If the Product(s) is not picked up within 2 days after the order is placed, the Product(s) will be placed back into inventory without a refund.
Liability for Damage: We are not liable for damages to Products caused by weather conditions and/or “Acts of God” during transportation. “Acts of God” include catastrophes such as, but not limited to, plane crashes, unforeseeable delays or accidents, destruction due to domestic and international unrest (i.e. riots, war, public enemies) confiscation, quarantine, or natural disaster.
Pricing and Inventory: Price and availability are subject to change without notice. Once your payment is confirmed we will make every effort to ship your order within 5 business days. Some orders may take a little longer during peak seasons or COVID restrictions. If you place an order and an item is out of stock we will contact you and ask you if you would like a refund or if you would like to wait until we receive the product. We retain the right to refuse any order.
You will receive an email and/or a text message when your order has been collected from the brewery, tracking details will be provided.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years or older and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
To purchase alcohol through this site, you represent that you are at least the legal drinking age in Australia. Persons under 18 years of age are prohibited from purchasing alcohol on this site.
You agree that you have read, understand and agree to the Additional Terms Pertaining to Shipping, Delivery and Local Pick-Up, set forth here on our site. These terms are vital conditions to our relationship with you as a purchaser of our Products, and your compliance with those terms are a condition precedent to our performance.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in immediate termination of your Services.
