Variety: Cabernet Shiraz Merlot
All fruit was machine-harvested in the cool of the night and fermented with skin contact to extract colour and body from the skins. The fermentation was aerated, this contributes to the rich lively crimson colour which will develop into a brick red colour a the wine ages, but the main benefit of the aerated fermentation is the soft but rich mouthfeel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Shiraz were expertly blended to compliment the character of each portion. This wine has spicy and berry fruit aromas with a fine tannin palate structure. The finish is soft and full flavoured. Drink this wine with pasta and red meat dishes.
